Pacific Jet Sports – Lahaina, Maui, HI – Fun Jet Skiing
My husband and I went jet skiing for the first time and had a blast. We weren’t sure if we were gonna like it so we got the half an hour at first and then extended it for the full hour. I recommend that you do the same.
We had a lot of fun going in circles around the dock. At first I was really apprehensive because the water seemed choppy. But we started out slow and pretty soon I was yelling at my husband to go faster.

You can pay $30 for the photographer to take pictures. We got the photos and are really happy with our shots. Yes, the photos are expensive but the photos are great and it’s a memory so I’d get the shots if you can afford it.
They have cubbies for you to put your things. We brought a backpack and just put our iPhones and wallets into it. You have to pay an extra $5 if you want to rent goggles. I recommend paying for the goggles so your eyes are protected from the water. You will also want to bring your own sunscreen.
I wouldn’t recommend jet skiing with small children, people who get motion sickness, or anybody afraid of water. But overall, we had a great experience jet skiing, were treated well, and love our pictures. I’m sure that we’ll be back the next time we’re in Lahaina.
