Adoption Wait: LOA and Article 16!!
Kenny and I are ecstatic! We got our LOA and Article 16! This is the Letter of Acceptance from the China Centre for Children’s Welfare and Adoption. The Article 16 is a signed letter from our agency Holt, affirming that all the information in our I-800 packet is true and correct.
So we’ve been told that we will likely be in either the December 13, December 20, January 3, or January 10 travel group. Obviously it would be preferable to have our daughter in our arms before Christmas. But we are content with God’s timing because we know that He is watching over us and our daughter.
Please pray that we receive travel approval as soon as possible and that we are able to get our daughter before Christmas!
