I love this place!
I finally made it out to Broderick’s and I loved the food, the customer service, and the atmosphere. I had the True Bleu burger. It had Niman Ranch beef and was topped with applewood bacon, bleu cheese, garlic aioli, and fried onions. It was seriously like one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I also had the Banh Mi Fries and the Buffalo Bleu Fries. Both were outstanding. I’ve never had Banh Mi fries before but they really did remind me of a Banh Mi sandwich made with pork.
This place is totally a gem in West Sac. I will definitely be back soon and I’m planning on coming on a Sunday so I can try their brunch.
