I really like this place! It’s clean, modern, quick and the food is fresh and tasty!
We ordered the Freshrolls (3 rolls) with garlic shrimp. You can pick lemongrass pork, garlic shrimp, grilled chicken, or crispy tofu to put in your rolls, banh mi, or in your bowl. You actually can get each of the 3 rolls with something different. So ours had garlic shrimp with the standard veggies which was lettuce, carrots, sprouts, pineapple, and some other stuff. We added some crispified onion to our Freshrolls. We also got a lemongrass pork banh mi and a jasmine iced tea.
The rolls were very fresh and tasty. I’ve never tasted them with pinapple before but I thought they were a nice addition. I also really enjoyed the sauces. They have citrus ginger, Vietnamese viniagrette (fish sauce), peanut sauce, and sweet and sour sauce. I think that the citrus ginger sauce was my favorite. The banh mi was tasty. The meat had a lot of flavor and the bread was fresh with just the right texture. My husband and I were both stuffed to the gills after our meal. The jasmine iced tea was very refreshing.
Freshroll is great place to grab a quick and healthy meal around the Metreon. The customer service is spot on and we even shook hands with the owner, who made sure we were taken care of. We’ll definitely be back!
