Jablow’s Meats – San Francisco, CA – Awesome Sandwiches!
According to SF Weekly Jablow’s Meats has the best pastrami in SF. I agree!
So I don’t always like pastrami. I often find it too salty, too peppery, or too dry. I really liked the pastrami sandwich from Jablow’s Meats. It was meaty and flavorful without being too salty. The cole slaw had just the right crunch and the pickle they served it with was delicious. We also had the Cuban pork sandwich. It was topped with a bit of fresh avocado spread and was totally delicious. The bread on both sandwiches was fresh. I’m totally craving those sandwiches right now.
This is an excellent place for lunch. They serve lunch from 11am to 2pm weekdays on Market. I hear that they will be “popping up” on the weekends and I’m looking forward to trying this place again!
