KVIE KidsFest Coming To Cal Expo
KVIE KidsFest is coming to Cal Expo Saturday September 15 and Sunday September 16 from 10AM to 4PM! Come on out with your kids and join in the fun!
At KVIE KidsFest children immerse themselves in fun, educational activities and content that help them improve early literacy, math, and social-emotional skills. Families can meet beloved PBS KIDS characters in person. Children of all ages will also enjoy a stage show sing-along with Mr. Steve – The Music Man, crafts, a photo booth, prize drawings, KVIE Corner, storytelling, and more. All events will take place inside.
Things To Do
At KVIE KidFest here will be a Meet & Greet with PBS characters Daniel Tiger of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, Whyatt Beanstalk of Super WHY, Jet Propulsion of Ready Jet Go, Nature Cat of Nature Cat, Clifford of Clifford the Big Red Dog, WordGirl of WordGirl, Sid of Sid the Science Kid, and Buddy of Dinosaur Train. Stage performances will be held by, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Mr. Steve – The Music Man, Effie Yeaw Nature Center, and Mad Science of Sacramento Valley. In terms of Activity Areas, there will be Scholastic Storytime Village, KVIE Corner, KVIE ‘Coming Soon Theater’ Theater – showing brand new PBS Kids show trailers, Arthur Kids Crafts, Nature Cat Kids Crafts, Ready Jet Go! Kids Crafts, Photo booth & Prize Drawings.

Buy tickets at www.KVIE.org/KidsFest. General Admission tickets are $15 in advance. Kids 2 and under FREE. When buying tickets, guests will have the option to purchase tickets in two-hour waves: 10 a.m., noon, or 2 p.m. Parking $10. Ticket prices increase at the door
