Laguna West Dental Care – Elk Grove, CA – Excellent Quality Care & Customer Service!
Both my husband and I recently decided to switch dentists and we’re both glad we did! The staff at Laguna West Dental is helpful and friendly and we were both impressed by the quality of care.
I had 2 cavities and needed a new crown on one of my teeth so I was not a happy camper. I was in the office to get my cavities filled and get a temporary cap placed on my tooth. I usually dread the moment when they come at you with the big needle and stick it into your gums. But Dr. Joe You was really patient. He took his time so that it didn’t hurt a bit, all the while carefully explaining what he was doing. I told my husband basically that Dr. You turned an experience I had been dreading into a reasonably pleasant experience. Later that evening after I went home, Dr. You actually called me to see how my teeth were doing. I’ve never had a doctor or a dentist call me after hours just to check on me before.
Dr. You himself is extremely patient and friendly. He was careful to explain my options for care and made sure that I was comfortable with the choices that were made. Overall, I had a great experience at Laguna West Dental and both my husband and I are glad to have found a great dentist.
As an added bonus, when you join as a patient, they give you a Starbuck’s gift card. Also, there are always freshly baked cookies that you can grab on the way out. I highly recommend Laguna West Dental Care. Their quality of care, customer service, and friendly atmosphere are all excellent.
