If you like fish, this is a great recipe for your family. It’s easy to prepare and healthy.
1 lb fish (we like snapper, sea bass, or salmon but any fish will do)
1/2 teaspoon Cavender’s Greek seasoning (found in any grocery store in the same aisle as the spices)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce (can be found in any Asian store)
lemon pepper (freshly grated is better)
salt
pepper (freshly grated is better)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon
Rub the oyster sauce on all sides of the fish. Season the fish with the Greek seasoning. Make sure you put some on all sides of the fish. Grate lemon pepper on all sides of the fish. Heat the olive oil in a flat pan on medium heat. Cook the fish on medium heat, turning it over so that it will cook evenly. Just before the fish is done, grate pepper on each side. Lightly salt to taste. Cut the lemon into 4 quarters. Use 2 quarters to squeeze over the fish before serving. Serve the remaining 2 quarters with the fish so that people can squeeze the lemon over the fish if desired.
