For appetizers we had the beef satay with chimichurri sauce and risotto cakes with marinara sauce and topped with parmesan. The beef satay was really chewy and flavorful and I loved the chimichurri. The risotto cakes were light crispy with marinara sauce. The appetizers were perfect.
For our entrees we got the braised short ribs with forest mushroom risotto and sauteed baby spinach and the marinated skirt steak with mashed potatoes, zucchini, and squash. So good! The shore ribs were falling off the bone. They were tender and meaty. The risotto was just as risotto should be. It spread a bit over the plate, and it was slightly creamy. The skirt steak was marinated just right and the mashed potatoes were light and fluffy. I really really enjoyed my dinner so much that I didn’t mind the 20 minute wait. They had a really good beer selection and a pretty decent wine selection as well.
I am thrilled that there is another restaurant with upscale food in Greenhaven! You all need to try this place. Don’t think about it, just do it!
