Referral Bound
I have not gotten one blink of sleep tonight. Our agency has indicated that they are ready to give us a referral. We’d love to have our baby home by Christmas 2013. Since it takes approximately 6-9 months after we send in our Letter of Acceptance to get approval to travel to China, that means we need to have the funds to finish out our adoption NOW. As I’m sure you’re aware, adoption is expensive.
