NO NO NO! This is NOT what good Japanese food tastes like! The food here sucks! The prices suck!
We just ordered some beers, a plate of sashimi, karaage chicken, and gyoza. The sashimi was just mediocre. The fish didn’t seem as fresh as sashimi usually tastes. The karaage chicken was dry, tasteless, and nothing like what I was expecting. The gyoza was disgusting with a slightly sour taste. I could buy frozen gyoza from Ranch 99, cook it myself, and make it taste better than this gyoza tasted.
I will say their miso soup was good. But that’s the only positive thing I can think of and it doesn’t balance out all the other crappy food I had.
Honestly, the prices are high for what you get and the food is terrible. I really would NOT recommend going here!
