I won’t be going here anytime soon. My husband and I have a craving for spaghetti and the salad with creamy pesto sauce so we headed over here. While the service was pretty good, there was one major problem. I FOUND A LARGE MOVING BUG IN MY SALAD!! I was about to put a forkful of salad in my mouth when I noticed a large moth sized moving bug. It wasn’t a cockroach but it was pretty dang big! I spat into my napkin and gagged and almost threw up! We called the manager over and showed him. Both the waitress and manager were apologetic. They gave us the meal for free and a $20 gift certificate to any Spaghetti Factory for next time. I couldn’t finish my meal.
It’s good that they at least did something. The manager definitely tried to make it right. There is nothing wrong with their customer service, just the bug in my salad has me turned off. But honestly, this would be a one star review if the service was also crappy.
