I’m a huge fan of ramen and this place didn’t quite do it for me. It wasn’t terrible but it definitely wasn’t what I consider to be good ramen.
I ordered the Miso Ramen. The texture of the noodles was perfect and the noodles seemed fresh. However, the broth wasn’t very tasty. I’m sorry, but if the broth isn’t up to par, then the ramen isn’t up to par. This wasn’t good miso broth. Also, I was missing the nori in my bown of ramen. I’m not sure why they don’t put nori on it but I did notice and did miss it.
This place has acceptable food and okay (but not great) service. I would be willing to try this place again sometime. But I really hope they improve the broth.
