First off, this place gets packed so do make a reservation. Don’t expect to just show up and get a table.
We ordered the calamari appetizer, the roasted garlic crab, the drunken crab, the garlic noodles with roasted tiger prawns, and the garlic noodles by themselves. Hands down, it was all about the roasted crab and the garlic noodles! The drunken crab is good too, but I loved the flavor of the roasted garlic crab. I’m still trying to figure out how the heck they got the flavor into the crab. The garlic noodles were the perfect compliment to the meal. The garlic noodles were so simple but just so flavorful without being salty. I could taste the garlic and the buttery sauce. I loved the flavor of the roasted tiger prawns. Everything was yummy!
We finished the meal with the banana cake. It came with a little bit of vanilla ice cream and some whipped cream. We were stuffed but that didn’t stop us from finishing the banana cake.
The service was attentive, the atmosphere was way more upscale than most Vietnamese places, and the food was phenomenal. This place is a bit pricey but I will say I think it was worth every bite! I will be back here again soon!
