I kept passing by Noodles & Co last week. So today me and my friend Mar decided to go. This place is interesting because they have all types of noodles there. There are Asian, Mediterranean, and American. You can pick a small bowl or a regular sized bowl and also get salads and soups added on. For those who aren’t noodle people I also noticed a good selection of sandwiches and plenty of appetizers like potstickers.
I’m totally a noodle person and I loved the Japanese Pan Noodles. They were just as udon should be with a slightly chewy texture. The sauce was tasty and a little spicy. I think its made with soy sauce. I actually ate the whole plate! I’m planning on coming back here and checking out some of the other noodles. I noticed they have mac & cheese under the American section so I’ll bring my lactaid and let you guys know how it goes.
I highly recommend Noodles & Co to anyone who likes noodles. Please note: don’t expect it to be authentic Asian or Mediterranean cuisine. But the noodles are tasty. =)
