Check Out The Trailer of Wong Fu Production’s New Movie Everything Before Us!!!
Okay, so I don’t usually go around promoting movies I haven’t seen yet. But I am a huge fan of Wong Fu Productions. For those of you that aren’t familiar with them, they are a group of filmmakers that got started at UC San Diego. As a graduate of UCSD, I am so proud of how far Wong Fu Productions has come. They have accomplished what countless of other Asian American filmmakers could not. They create characters and story lines of relatable Asian Americans that don’t necessary fit the Asian stereotypes that society tries to pigeonhole Asian Americans in (with foby accents, hyper sexualized, emasculated, etc). By creating characters that we as Asian Americans can relate to, Wong Fu Productions has amassed a large following of supporters. This is their first feature length movie and I can’t wait to see it. I encourage you all to check out the trailer and go see it when it hits the theatres.
