This place is Chinese Vietnamese and hands down had some of the the best noodles I have ever had. I ordered the braised duck leg noodle soup. I got the clear noodles instead of the thin, thick, or egg noodles.
The braised duck leg was awesome. I’ve never had better in Hong Kong or the U.S. The soup broth was very flavorful. I’m sure they used chicken stock but it was surprisingly good. It was a very rainy day in SF so the braised duck noodle soup totally hit the spot. I highly recommend this place for good, fast, cheap, noodles.
Side note, you can order a braised duck leg on the side. If your soup or meal doesn’t have duck in it, you should consider ordering an extra braised duck leg. I totally want to go back here now and try the braised duck noodle soup with clear noodles and wonton!
